The KGROUP has been successful in organizing a Joint Venture with Jindal Steel & Power Ltd. for the exploration and Mining of Diamonds in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

The KGROUP has also been successful in organizing a Joint Venture between Jindal Steel & Power Ltd. and PT. Musafir Coal Mining in Indonesia for the Joint Exploration and Mining of Iron Ore and Coal and setting up of Steel Plants and Power Plants in Indonesia.

The KGROUP is also now looking towards expanding their Mining Activities by identifying Feasible Mineral Assets in countries like Brazil, Tanzania, Democratic Republic of Congo and Indonesia.

We have successfully assisted a large Indian business house recently to identify and purchase a Thermal Coal Mine in Indonesia with approx. reserves of 100 Million MT for about USD 20 Million.

The Kgroup has been actively identifying and has all types of mines including those with facilities for its portfolio available for Joint Ventures, strategic tie ups and even outright sales.
